The Brief

Jude, a bladder health brand on a mission to break taboos and raise awareness about bladder issues, engaged us to build consistent media visibility and drive organic traffic growth.

The goal was to position Jude as the go-to expert on bladder health and women’s wellness, while earning high-quality backlinks through sustained reactive PR.

We partnered with SEO freelancer Freddie Chatt as well as Jude’s excellent in-house SEO team to drive results.

The Strategy

We monitored the news cycle daily to identify timely opportunities to insert Jude’s voice into health, lifestyle, and workplace conversations – from viral social media posts concerning bladder health to trending discussions on menopause, pelvic health, and women’s wellbeing.

Our approach combined expert commentary, data hooks, and rapid response to journalist requests. We targeted national, lifestyle, and women’s health media, ensuring a steady stream of backlinks and coverage that, over the year, helped double site traffic and cement Jude’s authority in the space.
